Since each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns after collection

Refunds
Refunds are granted only if:

The wrong custom order was prepared
There is an issue with the order on collection (photo or in-person proof required)
To request a refund, contact us at info@cookiecult.co.uk immediately on your collection day.

Cancellations
Collection orders can be cancelled or changed up to 72 hours before your pickup date
