Refund policy

Perishable Products:
As all items are freshly baked and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges after dispatch or collection.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued only if:

  • The order arrives damaged (photo proof required within 24 hours)

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Your order is not fulfilled on the agreed dispatch or collection date

Cancellations:

  • Postal Orders: Cancel up to 48 hours before dispatch

  • Custom Cakes & Collections: Cancel up to 72 hours before collection
