Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns on cookie boxes once shipped

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued if:

The order arrives damaged (must provide photo evidence within 24 hours)
You received the wrong item
Your order was not dispatched as scheduled

Cancellations:
Postal orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before dispatch date
